STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Solid Rock Ag.
- "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using our products, services, or website.
- Invoices are due within 21 working days unless otherwise stated on the invoice or order.
- In the event of non-payment by the due date, Solid Rock Ag reserves the right to charge a fixed interest of 10% on the outstanding balance and may suspend services without prior notice.
- Debt Recovery: If payment remains outstanding beyond sixty (60) days, Solid Rock Ag reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. Legal expenses incurred will be payable by the client.
- Prices quoted in the online store are in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice to reflect cost adjustments, exchange rates, or other overheads beyond our control. Orders will be processed based on the price at the date of dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days and will be acted upon only when we receive a written order referencing the quotation number.
- The Company provides a one-season warranty, plus one day, beginning at the end of the first season in which the Customer uses the product.
- Claims must be submitted within two weeks of product failure. Claims after this period will not be accepted.
- Returns of less than $20 in net value will not be accepted.
- Catalog items can be returned within 30 days without a fee. Returns over 30 days incur a 20% restocking fee, and returns over 3 months incur a 50% handling fee. Returns over 6 months are not accepted.
- Goods must be in original condition, and any damaged goods or packaging will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Return requests must be submitted in advance via phone or email. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense. A copy of the original invoice and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) provided by customer service must accompany all returns.
- Payment is overdue.
- The buyer undergoes bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings, or if an administrator or receiver is appointed.
- Solid Rock Ag shall not be liable for any consequential loss (e.g., loss of profit) or damage resulting from incorrect use or modification of goods.
- Solid Rock Ag’s liability for direct loss is limited to the value of the goods ordered.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as reasonably practicable, which may include installment deliveries. For any items missing from a shipment, notification to Solid Rock Ag must be made within 2 working days of delivery. Claims for missing items after this period will not be accepted.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Risk transfers to the buyer upon collection by the carrier or the buyer. Goods accepted unchecked or in damaged condition must be recorded on the carrier’s receipt, and Solid Rock Ag must be notified within 24 hours. Additional charges from the carrier for liftgate services, address changes, or hand unloading are the responsibility of the customer.
