for 20|20 display monitors
The recommended route to update the 20|20 is always going to be downloading from a computer and using a USB device.
Latest Software Versions:
To check the version on your 2020, hit setup and it should display the version on the right hand side. If you are running a Gen 3 2020 version 2019.0 or 2020.0 please contact us before updating.
Update Display with flash drive
To update your monitor, latest software versions may be found here. Download the file to a flash drive, (Make sure you don’t rename the file or put it in a folder) plug it into the side of the 2020, go to setup, data, and software update.
